A: Yes, we offer service holds from 1-4 months with a 30-day minimum. When you’re ready to restart, there’s a one-time $25.00 reactivation fee. Contact our team to arrange a temporary service suspension.

A: Ensure your container has clear street visibility, positioned at least 3 feet from other bins, cars, or obstacles.

A: Need more capacity? We’ll gladly exchange your 5-gallon bucket for our 16-gallon purple cart. You’ll pay just $25.00 – the difference between your original bucket activation fee ($25) and the cart activation fee ($50).

A: Replacement fees for lost or stolen containers are:

  • 5-Gallon Food Waste Bucket: $15.00
  • 16-Gallon Food Waste Cart: $25.00 Contact us immediately if your container disappears and we’ll help resolve the situation.

A: Our month-to-month service requires no contract – cancel anytime through your account. Annual subscribers commit to 12 months with non-refundable payment terms.

A: All collected materials go to the Wasatch Resource Recovery facility located in North Salt Lake for anaerobic digestion processing.
